General Cancellation and Refund Policy

The following general rules are applicable for the successful cancellation and refund of any payments made by Users on theaabha.co website or the mobile site or mobile application (individually and collectively as "Website").

The term “We”/ “Us” / “Our” used in this document refer to the Company and "You" / "Your" / "Yourself" refer to the Users, who visit or access or use or avail any service (collectively “usage”).

We, Sprout Nutrition Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) take the utmost care to process payments as per the instructionsgivenby Our Users. No refund/cancellation request for the donated amount by any User will be entertained unless we receive a fraud notification from our Payment Gateway Service Providers/ Bank. The timely refund of the payment will depend upon the type of credit/debit card/ banking instrument used during the transaction.

Credit/Debit Card Details

You agree, understand and confirm that the credit/debit card details provided by You for availing the Services of the Company will be correct and accurate and You shall not use a credit/debit card which is not lawfully owned by You. You further agree and undertake to provide the correct and valid credit/debit card details to the Company. The Company will not be liable for any credit/debit card fraud and the liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on You and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall lie exclusively with You.
